1. Seller

2. Services and prices

The website presents laser epilation and cosmetology procedures. Epilation prices are fixed; cosmetology prices are “from” prices — the specialist gives the final price before the procedure.

All prices are gross, in Polish zloty (PLN). Information on the website is not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code but an invitation to conclude a contract.

3. Booking visits

Visits can be booked through the website (WhatsApp), the Telegram bot, Booksy or by phone. A booking is binding once the studio confirms it.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance. Procedures are paid for in the studio during your visit.

Before a procedure the specialist asks about contraindications and may decline to perform it for safety reasons.

4. Online gift cards

Gift cards can be bought online for 100 to 5000 zł. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (card, BLIK, Przelewy24, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

The contract is concluded when the payment is credited. After payment the gift card with a unique code is shown on the website and a payment confirmation is sent to the e-mail provided.

• the gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase;
• it can be used for any procedures at Laser Space studios, including over several visits — until the amount is used up;
• it cannot be exchanged for cash; if a procedure costs more, the difference is paid in the studio;
• the gift card is a bearer card — please keep the code safe from third parties.

5. Right of withdrawal

A consumer who bought a gift card online may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of purchase — a WhatsApp message or e-mail is enough. We will refund within 14 days using the same payment method.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the gift card has already been fully used for a procedure performed with the consumer’s express consent before the withdrawal period ended.

6. Complaints

Complaints about services or gift cards can be made on WhatsApp, by phone or in the studio. We will reply within 14 days.

Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the municipal consumer ombudsman or the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

8. Final provisions

These terms may change; contracts concluded earlier are governed by the version in force on the date of purchase. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
